The Bands

One fine day I’ll get around to writing about more of them -  there have been so many.  Music, whether listening to it or playing it, has always been at the core of my life.  I started playing in bands at school when I was 15 - on drums - and have hardly ever stopped, although it was the flute and sax which soon took over (and, of course, the viola, but the perhaps the less said about that the better).  Somehow during all this I also managed to gain a diploma in classical flute playing and train to be a music teacher.
